JB bullish on the EC from NC to New England-had a good post on it the other day with a bunch of analogs to back it up. He's always a weenie though so have to take it for what it's worth.

that's what's going on here-builders are going door to door to those houses and offering cash. Many are being torn down and up goes an 800K house in its place-soon there will be little to no starter houses....

If you don't need a vaxx after infection that will help us get to herd immunity all the quicker as unvaccinated folks get the virus, recover (hopefully) and have immunity joining the ranks of the vaccinated.

yeah I've been to S NJ in late June-best you get is 66-68 and that's the last week of June. (We go in August now it's been crazy warm-like 75 to even 80 once in awhile.)

Hoping that ends up being the case here in CT-kids are fairly fed up with wearing masks all day, yet outside of school they socialize, have sleepovers, parties mask free

Ocean is still chilly-unless you have a decent seabreeze I doubt it's under 70....and if you end up with a west or SW wind it will be in the 80's.

yeah the few times I went weather was iffy. Prefer south Jersey personally-about the same distance from here- warmer water better weather overall.

48 here-windy and some spits of rain. At least the pollen is gone and the grass will green up again-we were starting to burn out here from 18 days of no rain
