yeah someone will see some quick flash flooding for sure with this...the question is exactly where. Perhaps closer to the stalled front which would be the south coast? -
many places will get 1 month plus of rain in 12-18 hrs...

all depends on where the front stalls-some models are reasonably dry N and E of NYC

west track vs east track though. An east track is at worst a rainstorm
