  1. it's been flurrying for a few hours and now there is a burst of light snow. the cats had forgotten about snow and are in the windows investigating.
  2. the coldest night so far this season--20 for the low. and tons of frost everywhere.
  3. rain to sleet to freezing rain to rain. if there was snow to start I didn't see it because I didn't bother to get out of bed to check when it started.
  4. happy thanksgiving from off the coast of America where my snow weenie spouse is tracking the snow chances for next week, lol.

  6. KMRB's low was 21.9 which is now the coldest night so far this fall.
  7. clouds are thicker here now but the pink is still coming through the clouds. maybe tomorrow night will be better.

  12. gusty winds with some thunder and lightning. I was surprised to see the warning.

  16. .53" of much-needed rain overnight. lots of reports of trees down with the wind yesterday--i didn't realize it was supposed to be that windy. my front porch got rearranged, lol, and the neighborhood Halloween decorations have switched owners.
  17. our freeze warning was downgraded yesterday to a frost advisory. it briefly got down to 32 so there was some patchy frost.
  18. the overnight low was 36. the house is a still a little chilly.
  19. i can't remember the last time it rained for so long. it's wonderful. all the local wx stations are reporting an inch of rain, more or less.

  21. the overnight low was 41 which explains why I had a cat draped over me in the early morning hours.
  22. absolutely pouring—finally some rain.
  23. another August overnight low in the 40s (47). just wonderful outside now.
