  1. There is some secondary development. It doesn't mature though until it hits New England. Even though the main low goes into he lakes, the cad is impressive on the coast and inland for this storm to start off frozen. The question is how much before the changeover and we will not know that until we get closer. Models are usually terrible with cad situations.
  2. Upton's latest snowmap has the coast in 2-4 inch range with slighty more inland.
  3. We know, you don't like this storm. Gfs has gotten colder
  4. Decent front end in the icon before the rain comes.
  5. Eps has a few inches for NYC and surrounding areas based off the stormvista snowmaps. Not sure if it's counting sleet
  6. Mjo should be good after the 16th so the pattern should get better.
  7. Euro doesn't get NYC above freezing in Tuesday until the evening hours. Very icy mess
  8. Euro shows 4-6+ of frozen precip for the area. Euro kuchera has 1-3 inches of snow for the coast with more inland.
  9. Ukie is even colder 6+ for the coast with 12+ for inland areas of frozen precip.
  10. Quite possible if the high stays put. The only thing is that the temps were in the teens while it was sleeting.
  11. Sanitation issues a snow alert for the city tomorrow night. Uh?
  12. I like 2-5 then a change over to sleet then rain.
  13. Yet this model is ranked up there with the euro
  14. Seeing the Cmc very cold with alot of precip is telling. Cmc is usually warm.
  15. Looks like 1-3 for Sunday night into Monday and another 1-3 for Tuesday for the coast with more inland.
  16. Several hours of sleet? When was the last time that happened ?
  17. Pretty similiar to 0z Euro is a tick colder. It's still below freezing for NYC at 4pm tuesday. A little snow then alot of sleet then rain with a few inches of frozen precip. This is going to turn to be either all snow or a rain event. I doubt we see several hours of sleet.
  18. Ukie has several inches of snow with a nice thump before temps warm.
  19. Cmc is very cold to start for the event with moderate to heavy precip with temps below freezing.
