    Being out west does have its advantages. A lot prettier landscape and more snow, really though I was gonna get fringed.

    Definitely not setting any records tomorrow but might be able to qualify for nationals in a relay. I don’t typically get super invested by winter weather but this is sort of storm I have wanted and will probably miss it. Then again it has not happened yet so who knows. If it does miss me, however, I am planning to use that anger to swim the best I ever have.

    No it’s the Ydistricts meet, typically held at a nearby YMCA but not this time

    Won’t actually go back home but this is so upsetting, an event trends just the right way for my house to be in the jackpot zone, something I have wanted for years. With blizzard conditions possible and out of all the weekends this is the one where I am not home and instead further north which is worse somehow. Not to mention how this meet is typically held nearby! Ugh

    The one weekend I am not at the house due to a swim meet, going north to southern PA and will most likely see less snow. Taking a lot of mental effort not to abandon the championship meet and go back home.

    I might actually get less snow at the meet than at home, though being further north will probably help me with ratios in the storm and gives me more room if the cold air is delayed. But at the same time Im a bit nervous
