Jay Peak claiming they only lost 10 trails and are "expecting a foot by tomorrow morning". Jay's reporting is the worst but this winter it wouldn't surprise me if they did get 12" tonight.
The main drain goes out that side but goes on a 45* angle across the lawn to get to the septic. Which is about 40' away from this spot.
Good catch. I just ran out and looked and those are actually just two cracks. No patch. Had me worried for a second. Water comes in from the back right so not related.
It was just pumped in July and passed title 5 prior to us closing on it.
Interesting to see what happens . 37* here now. Was 42* in town just a few hours ago. Was pinging the whole 2 hours we were hiking Bare and Hitchcock today.
They were discussing it on the SportsHub this morning. Apparently limiting folks to 1/8 worth to keep lines moving. Not sure how that works with edibles though.
Unfortunately they are open tomorrow and aren't allowing skinning yet. Will probably hit Magic.
There are "delivery services" in Maine. I know outside of Portland you leave $50 in a lobster trap or mailbox overnight and wake up to a vacuum sealed 1/8th. It's out in the open and on FB. Surprised they have not attempted to stop it yet.
It lasted for all of 20 minutes. Rained all night, woke up to pingers around 5:30. Ended up with a solid coating of snow on everything. Over for now. Could clearly see blue dots on the hills around town and rain around Rt 9, 202, etc.
Around 4:30 we had an inch that is now gone and a crusty mess remains. Amherst has a 2 hour delay so I assume up Rt 9 they might have actually got that 3-4" BOX predicted.
2" since the start around 6:45. Little concerned about the slot in between the bands pushing north. Area around the pike south to the MA/CT border looks to be in a lull.
