If its showing an ice storm then its bullshit. Ice storms are almost always over modeled and underperform.

Gonna call it storm total in Reisterstown of 4.5" incredibly dissipointing event here. Glad to low land folks cashed in they more than deserve it.

Great lesson there. If you get under the upper level energy on the backside you can score big time. But if you're not under it, you just sit on the sidelines jealously watching.
