  1. Good morning everyone. As per NWS/NOAA between 13:51 on the 17th and 07:51 on the 18th CPK has recorded 2.21”. Maximum temp 62 and minimum pressure 29.15 at 07:51. A drop of .99 inches of mercury in about 19 hours. Rain currently moderate. Stay safe and dry all. As always ….
  2. All right Will. Be in all the earlier on the 26th. We’ll discuss your salary then. Make sure the doors are locked …. Just in case nephew Rob shows up again. As always ….
  3. Thank you, Don/Will. I’m already preparing for the visits. Let’s see, it should be Sacrus first, Anthony second and S19 third. You get the whole day off Will but the 15 shillings is non negotiable. Rob, I won’t accept the invite and you gave me no option but to throw you out of the postage stamp. Walt and BW no donations although I may run into you thinking differently in the morning. And forky when I give you the $ for the prize Turkey ….. don’t run away with it this time. I still feel it was the right move to force DIT out if the Counting House business but Wolfe on the doorknob and living room still scares the devil out of me. One last thing. Thank you Maureen for your care and compassion for maintaining the rooms you will definitely get a raise to ten. Thank you everyone, the 24/25 will be its usual long night but even so … God Bless Us Everyone …. As always ….
  4. AI generated Don? I’ve tried to learn the various acronyms used on the forum, only to find out knowing what the letters are and what they mean is quite different. T Blizzard in the New England forum posted that snow would occur in the present pattern, only, in Moose Fart Maine. Before suggesting a relocation for Anthony, I went to the look up and found something that may benefit all of us. Served with your favorite beverage it just might reset our apprehensions. Stay well, as always…
  5. Good morning TB2014, CW and everyone else. For almost 10 years I’ve tried to internalize some weather knowledge by becoming, at least, acronym fluent. Only limited success. However what keeps me alive are the golden nuggets such as T B dropped in his post. ‘Moose Fart Maine’ I couldn't resist the look up and found something even better. Perhaps passed around and enjoyed with a favorite beverage might ease many of the forums current concerns. Stay well all, as always ….
  6. Thank you Rob. I also enjoyed the seasonal commercials. I remember a subway poster for Johnny Walker showing a small train station in a rural snow covered scene that stated ‘Come Home To Red.’ As for the 81 storm my daughters were two and five. I don’t remember it clearly, probably because the rain change led to a, cannot build a snowman, disappointment for my daughters. 42 years gone buy. Stay well, as always …
  7. Good afternoon 40/70, Brian. I feel Anthony’s and S19’s dynamic will lead to a richly rewarding joint business venture in the future. Of course located in the NNE. Stay well, as always ……
  8. Good afternoon Ralph. Roses on my block have yet to stop. Stay well, as always ….
  9. Good morning everyone. I prefer the best of both worlds. Stay well all, as always ….
  10. Good afternoon Anthony. How about Snow Lion? That’s you holding the PAC Jet. Stay well, as always …
  11. After all these years I finally get a descriptive understanding /meaning of ‘shooting blanks’. Thank you ECMWF. Stay well everyone, as always. …..
  12. Good afternoon forky. Not offended at all. Considering that look it’s good to know that the atmosphere is still in its prime. Stay well, as always …..
  13. Considering your screen name that’s an impressively courageous statement. Although lately, every day seems to be 07/04/Coney Island. Stay well, as always …..
  14. I noticed this nicely blooming plant behind a row house fence Christmas lights. It’s December 9th, some roses are still blooming but this impressed me. To me it looks like some type of Camilla. Perhaps confused by our North Mid Atlantic December, thinking it was a South Mid Atlantic March. Maybe Don or any flora aficionado member can enlighten me. Thank you and stay well everyone. As always ….
  15. Good morning everyone first snowflake I’ve seen over the postage stamp. I was worried but not anymore. Thank you Mom N. Stay well all, as always …. IMG_6956.mov
  16. Good after noon everyone. The New England forum was discussing, sometimes sarcastically, a very light dusting. Damage In Tolland gave the following observation; “tiny weenie flakes and it’s very difficult to remain safe.” The Reaper may be inactive but like any retired Capo he still has agents in the field. Stay well, safe and above all hopeful. As always ….
  17. Good late morning Blue Dream. Anthony and S19 present an interesting cold season dynamic. There would probably be less weenies if the responses were not post limited. I believe Anthony considers the source and probably doesn’t feel insulted by S19’s emoji comment. Stay well and my best to your friend. As always …..
  18. Good morning everyone. As per D I T’s snowfall description in the New England sub forum, “Tiny weenie flakes and it’s very difficult to remain safe.” Please be careful out there. Stay well, as always …..
  19. Good morning everyone. Please be ( as per DIT ) careful out there. Be well stay safe, as always …..
  20. If that’s the case, Rob will have to go solo for awhile. As always …..
  21. Good morning Rmine 1, Torch Tiger, Allsnow. Even at worst there will always be hope and a tree lighting. Stay well, as always …..
  22. But in the end when with the flakes falling on a scene of serene beauty …. That end certainly justified that mean. Stay well and hopeful. As always
  23. Good morning WW. It isn’t easy keeping clean but even though I squint pretend sometimes when in the postage stamp, I still love it here. If the fellow in the last photo shows up I have faith that the Admins will make quick work of it. Stay well, as always ….
