I've been hardly paying attention. I thought this was just some unicorn day 9 thing. I just realized this morning it's for THIS weekend. We're tracking right out of the gate.
It's literally a disaster out there. A glorious disaster! Where's Jebman? Lol. My street is like concrete was laid and then people drove through it before it set. NOW isn't permanent. The 4 feet of powder i experienced in NY was a walk in park compared to this monster lol. I've got about 10" of concrete on the ground and a sheet of clear ice covering everything. I LOVE extreme winter conditions. Hopefully we can get a couple feet of mid Atlantic mash potatoes on top of this.
Man.. that storm wore me out. The tracking, up at 1am to play in the storm, and all thst shoveling had me in bed at 7:30 last evening. I missed one hell of a Euro run.
Question for the smarter fokes. When does the low pressure develop enough to bring our winds around to the north and drop out temps back. I don't like rising temps.
Nice! I mean.. swwww this is bad. I've got some freezing rain here in the lowlands. Let the mayhem begin. I've been saying this storms is going to demand respect.
Someone is going to end up with a foot otg if this keeps up. There's sleet flying all over the place. It's pouring off my roof. My boat cover looks like a white waterfall. Just unbelievable.
Still stuck at 21. Radar is on fire
I jumped off the a snowbank into the snow the morning I left. I thought i was going to die. Scared the shit out of me when it was bottomless. I swam out of it while the owner of the Airbnb watched in amazement lol
Ripping ice. I'm down 1 degree to 21.
What if it was 52, drizzly, and foggy with a raging se ridge? Lol
Amazing out. Probably working on 9". This stuff is kicking my ass. I'm too old for this lol
This blob means business. It's icy smoke show here in the lowlands. Just a hammering winter storm and extreme deep winter conditions. This storm demands respect.
I'd estimate about 8". Nearly 6" of snow and 2" of sleet. It's getting deep and really interesting to walk in. It was easier to walk in 4' of lake effect than 8" of Mid Atlantic concert.
I've got a dusting of new snow that is now blowing off of my roof.
Man.. that would be awesome. This storm is turning out to be pretty rad. Still snowing here with maybe a ping ping. I've got a solid 5+" base of snow down. 2-3" of sleet in top would be fun. Hit it with .25 of sealer later and we have a winter wonderland.
