  1. That corridor is the place to be for severe/heavy rain again it appears, as it was yesterday. I think this is the third round from Harrisburg to Lancaster to maybe Philly.
  2. You were told! How would we ever manage here without the pompous ass drive bys from Phineas.
  3. Nice day for a happy hour DIPA. NE Hazy style.
  4. Sprinkler is running. No confidence in the hit and miss showers hitting my yard.
  5. 87 here. Its not awful out.
  6. Who cares? That is not how the temperature is measured.
  7. Not feelin' it for my yard over the next day or 2. My sprinkler broke yesterday. Time to head to Lowes for a new one.
  8. 18z 3km NAM looks wet for much of the region. 2"+ for many areas.
  9. PDS otherwise just give me some decent rain.
  10. The beer talk is lacking here lately. I wanted the new batch of WWS, but "settled" for a 750 ml bottle of Founders KBS. Its very good, as always.
  11. Also a marginal risk for excessive rain for day 3 across our region. Stalled front, high PWATs. and flow aloft parallel to the front. Could be some training storms. This could all very well fall apart, and there is still disagreement among guidance as to where exactly the front ends up stalling, but there is the potential for 1-3 inches of rain "some place" within our region. My confidence level? Sprinkler is currently on.
  12. ^It's on the schedule for this evening.
  13. Maybe the general h5 look we have seen with the mean ridge to our west can hold into summer. Would definitely reduce the episodes of prolonged extreme heat if nothing else.
  14. 48 here this morning. Another near perfect weather day coming up, before a quick transition to a very warm and humid air mass for the mid to late week period. Looks like the front will stall rather than clear the area, so there should also be some chances for showers and storms.
  15. Going on 1 pm and the temp is 69 with a nice breeze, under full sun. Glorious.
  16. Next couple days look like perfection for early summer. Decent chance of the first 90 degree day on Wed for many as the trough departs and the upper ridge briefly shifts east. Luckily it looks to be very short lived. Maybe it will help fuel some decent storms when the cold front moves through later in the day.
  17. New Honda mower is smooth and tight. The smart drive variable speed self-propelled system works really well. Impressed so far.
  18. I cover the rain gauge when I water, so no idea lol.
  19. Raining in my yard now. #sprinkler
  20. Good thing my yard got drenched a week ago. Just a few hundredths since. Assuming nothing falls tonight(good bet) will finish with 3.25" for the month.
  21. Meanwhile the Tidewater is getting clocked pretty good with heavy rain. Looks like a nice dead zone setting up between the line passing well to the NW, and the stuff to the SE. Not interested in the least in severe, just some heavy downpours.
  22. 12z 3km NAM and the latest HRRR runs concur. Best dynamics lift well NE it seems.
  23. Friday Happy Hour. Drinking a Double Digit.
  24. Yeah most of the Meso/CAMs look pretty interesting.
  25. I think I have had .02" here lol. mostly drizzle. Still ok for how after the 1.8" a week ago. No rain today though and I will be watering the grass in the next couple days.
