HRRR yesterday advertised this well, the HRRR was just a bit more southwest. It handled yesterday well too from the day prior. It’s redeemed itself a bit lol

That's an August storm if I've seen one. I remember such a setup in Aug 2003, PVD/SE MA got smoked. Great shots *edit* SST's aren't quite the killer for you south folks Aug/Sept =)

1.5 inch hail they are just to southwest

The 90 day total is still low IMBY. 0.67” Tuesday was not a drought ender here. It’s going to take another 2 inches plus cooler weather to get things green again.
