Avdave
Today was a splendid fall day. Temps in the mid 50s, windy, leaves blowing around, cool, I loved it. Still not cold enough for jeans or a jacket so still short sleeves and shorts for me. Steady rain this morning was nice as well. Picked up .67" in the PWS today. I felt like I was back in North Jersey in Late October.

suzook
Only bottomed out to 48 this morning, guessing because of the wind. This wind has been consistent with 25MPH gusts since Friday night. Hopefully they subside today, so outdoor activities can be enjoyed. Haven't felt air this crisp since April.

Is anyone seeing significant colors yet? I expect higher elevations almost certainly are, but what about those at 1,000 feet or lower? Here, the deciduous trees are almost all still green. By the end of the week, however, I wouldn’t be surprised to see a few starting to change even this far SE near sea level.
