Glad to see the FFW that was carved around to exclude NW Philly, was supplemented with a new one to include it as I know there are some low-lying areas bordering creeks, that do flood with these kinds of heavy rain bursts. This will be my last full week in the Lehigh Valley for awhile - possibly ever? I’m moving to Denver in a week and a half because it’s somewhere I’ve always wanted to live and I’m now in a position to give it a try. It gets hot out there sometimes but it’s a dry heat. “Humid” there is a DP of 60. Oddly enough, when I was out there about 25 years ago, other than there obviously being the wall of Rocky Mountains nearby and not being near a harbor, Denver reminded me of Baltimore (probably due to the extant buildings there built during a similar era as those in Baltimore). Denver has their notorious "spring snow", so that might be an adjustment . Regarding this round 2, I got side-swiped by the heaviest rain and picked up 0.35" for a total of 0.79" today.
