I’ve had friends and family even THIS MORNING ask me if I think we will “really get a foot of snow”. So many people see a post on social media or use those worthless weather apps and it just leads to confusion. People should be prepping for an ice storm, days without power, no heat. We seem to have improved immensely with hurricane forecasting in the last 10-15 years, but modeling this type of event seems to have had zero long range progress.
