Yeah ive tried to in the past too just didnt do it the last few years. I dont need it looking perfect, i dont care too much about weeds and dandelions and stuff, i just dont want bare patches and shit growth.

Agreed! As a teenager I would mow our small front lawn. It was green, neat and nearly 100% crabgrass. The mowed weed seemed to have more lasting power In adverse conditions. As always …..
