Social media makes people insane. Meanwhile, there are hundreds of thousands of people still at risk for more ice and power outages. They wanted to see snow. Flow snow develops tonight into tomorrow. Another shortwave arrives Tuesday afternoon bringing an additional shot of snow before a much stronger shortwave rounds the base of the Polar Vortex lobe Wednesday afternoon bringing a better chance of accumulations. GSP is stating snow chances almost anytime from Tuesday afternoon to Thursday evening.
