IrishRob17
I'm wondering if the storm slowing down will help us in the long run and allow it to come north.

White Gorilla
Still lots of runs Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
Juliancolton
Basically a shutout north of 84 - six hours of light snow imby, as depicted. This run decided to make dominant the eastern center in the elongated/"double barrel" low pressure structure, which produces the effect of slipping the whole system ENE. That's one of those things that could easily be reversed in future runs, especially since the upper trough didn't really change all that much... maybe slightly further east, but also a bit more negatively tilted. Isn't that exactly what happened with the storm last February?

It sucks but you get immune to it. The key is to keep expectations to a minimum. We have been burned many times within the last 6 years with the same thing. Ill take my advisory level snows ha

JerseyWx
Yes we have got some tough misses, but some big hits in between. 8-12" is the general for my area. That's fine by me.

snywx
My early call would be a general 3-5" north of Rockland to about 84. North of 84 I would say 1-3".

I had been thinking 2-4/3-5" deal up my way, but it may turn out less than that, especially if the heavy banding is just south.
White Gorilla
Yeah, I am done. Not going to make myself miserable over this. The city and coast can bathe in snow all they want. I will enjoy my 1 inch of fluff. If I die before I ever see a blizzard up here, so be it. Sent from my SM-N910V using Tapatalk
snywx
The euro has Less than 1" north of 84 lol.. In Orange County alone you go from a dusting to warning level snows. The writing has been on the wall for a while now. Oh well

Juliancolton
Any indication what shows for my street. Verbatim, 0.4 to 0.5" liquid, but it's a razor-sharp cutoff. Won't even enjoy a whitened ground up here... what a shame. Hopefully we get another threat sometime soon.
