Outstanding day of weather today.  Spent much of the day out working in the yard, and got a nice sunburn for the first time this year.  Mowed for the first time and burnt a huge brush pile I couldn't burn last summer due to the drought.  As a result my weather station was probably a few degrees too warm at 75.  Burn pile was only about 15' a way so I'm sure it affected it a little.

Well, this wouldn't be good.  Another 4" here by Tue?  99% sure this is way overdone, but a bit scary to look at.  Sitting at 9.95" for the month.

That looks way too isolated and overdone.

The neighborhood air is filled with the smells of grilling going on.

Third day of lower 60's in a row.   This makes it the first time since October 1st, 2nd and 3rd of 2012 that Milwaukee has had high temps above 60 for 3 consecutive days.. Sure was nice to have our first mild stretch fall on a fri/sat/sun..  The neighborhood and city really came out of hibernation.

My town stopped allowing burning this year...  I actually like it because some people got in the habit of burning leaves and it would stink up the whole neighborhood if the winds were right...  But now I have to wait weeks to get rid of clippings/branches/etc.

I had 75F this afternoon...still a little too much wind, but a lot better then Friday...  A+ weekend overall...  I also got burnt (I was outside all day Friday/Saturday and now today..i actually had sunscreen on today).  Still not much greening here, just mostly swelling of buds.

We can burn any day of the week here.  Even last summer during the extreme drought I don't think they banned burning officially here, even though they probably should have.  I didn't burn anything though since everything was so dry.

Looking forward to the mid 80s Tue.  It will be the first 80 degree day of the year.  Something we accomplished in mid March last year.
