February actually came in 3 degrees below normal and right on the mark for precipitation totals. I had one "decent" weather event IMBY on 2/16 when I recorded 1 inch of snowfall accumulation with quite heavy rates for a bit. (It's sad when that event is termed "decent.") Now, to the numbers...
