Just checked @ 7:15 and we are looking at 50 degrees. Accuweather has a high of 48 for the area but I am wondering if we can get to a high of 60. Warm nose of air made it into North central Maryland as it is 52 at 8am in Westminster. Enjoy what you have. Its 36 with a low deck of fog here. Miserable. I'd trade and takes 50's this morning. Was talking to my neighbor yesterday evening and he had put up even more Xmas lights during the day to out do mine. Can't have that so I am hoping it dries up some and gets even warmer because I think a trip to Lowes for more decorations and an all day light hanging is in store for me. Stormpc Posted December 12, 2010 Share Posted December 12, 2010 61 in Philly, 37 at IAD. Looks like we missed out on the initial Warm advection associated with that low that just passed to the NE. Now we will probably see the next batch of prefrontal rain bumb us up with our current se winds shifting to the sw. Cold air is marching in from the sw though, and is entering sw VA soon.
