Yep, one of these days it will end. The storm in Burlington and Ocean is crazy, Radar is indicating 70 mph winds.

Yeah, that storm is a beast.

I wasn't expecting this much action in the area today.

I washed the car this weekend thinking one of two things would happen ...

1) The lack of rain would continue but at least I could enjoy a clean car, or ...

2) Washing the car would help the rain return, and while the car may get dirty, at least my lawn and flowers would benefit.

So what happens? It rains at work (Horsham) and gets the car dirty but not a drop falls at home.

Oh well, looks like some more rain chances over the next few days.

Nice try. Looks like better odds in the days to come. We shall see. I'd be shocked with anything over 0.25". Hope I'm wrong.

The drought continues unabated here in NW Chester County...no rain yet in July and no Rain since June 24th.

Current YTD rain is at 21.39" which is 2.55" below normal (89% of normal)

Lawn is mighty crispy these days!

I'm glad you moved your sensor, your readings are falling much more in line with Macungie (reading 93 at noon) and Mertzville (reading 91 at noon)

Reached a high today of 88.3 - Warmest so far this month....with still only three 90+ days this summer in the NW Philly burbs. Nice watching this T-storm pop up just to my east...not a drop here but temp is down to 83.4

significant difference between Northern Delco to Southern Delco. Not a drop of rain here at all in Brookhaven.

Here's hoping the AFD is wrong and the front sets up a bit further north. I would be happy to steal away an inch of rain from you guys in the south! Had a brief "shower" here this am, but still zero point zero! I think most within a 15-20 mile radius would agree!

Back in Northeastern PA now after a hot/humid week in Jersey.

Soooooooooooooo...........looks like I missed some rain while I was down vacationing in Bethany Beach, DE. We got clobbered down there Friday night. My rain gauge shows just under a 1/2" of rain from the storms Friday back here in PA. Nice to see we (in central Mont. Co.) got hit for a change. I also see PTW has been running 90 or higher each of the past 4 days (including today).
