    86/70 at HFD 88.7/73 at home (apartment, not the new house) I know the dew is high, but the air temp tends to track very well with HFD even when off to a faster start.

    Welp, I have a house now. Can’t wait to get everything moved in. I’ll be in the lawn thread looking for DIY tips as I got a landscaping quote today for $1k. Part of me wants to put a camera on the roof and point it west but I’m not sure the neighbors would like that lol.

    Yeah, there’s a secondary peak in the middle of October, while usually most of August is quiet. It’s not until around the 20th that things pick up in August, though I think we’re looking right at the start of the month this year. It’s coming. Probably very late July/early August.

    Agree with @Windspeed, as usual. The switch will flip in August IMO.
