What we need is some sort of better rapid swab test. Results in minute or something. All bars and concerts could open up and go on. You positive you cant enter. It would be like a bag check/metal detector line.

Ya well we're not going off topic and none of this is proven, only speculation. But I am pretty damn certain that if it could be proven that you redirected a macro-level atmospheric system that caused immense human suffering elsewhere, you're opening up a can of worms no financial institution wants to eat. Nothing withstanding the global ramifications and possible resulting sanctions or war. Your taking it to serious. No one is gonna nuke a hurricane.
