    Have you looked at real estate prices lately? They have risen dramatically in the last 18 months. Homes in the southern part of NNE have become very pricey for a decent place. 600K+ and that doesn't include the amount someone has to overbid just to get an offer considered. And often times the homes need 75K-125K of additional work.

    I am not being emotional....lol...yes some winters have been worse BUT that doesn't take away from the fact that the winter of 21-22 was awful.

    F- grade Every winter forecast calling for the winter of 21-22 to be snowy and/or cold failed miserably...it was a Blutarsky winter

    Considering that back in the 80's everyone and his brother were forming hardrock/metal bands there is no chance of kiss having 5 of the worse 20 albums of the 80's....there was some absolutely terrible music made during the 80's....perhaps he has a Dee Snider poster hanging on the wall??

    You put more emphasis on snow totals rather than cold. I love cold weather so I factor that into the grade.
