That is very low for that area. A friend who works in real estate told me he heard one of the ski areas out there is thinking of selling to developers.

likely not well...unless something unforeseen happens this area will be well under the jackpot areas... Snow has picked up some in the last 10 minutes, but it certainly isn't snowing heavily
