    I can't go into details on the cases because I signed a confidentiality agreement But with that said there are plenty of people who view those lawsuits as a money grab. And it can be very difficult to get a "juror" to change his/her views on that regardless of the circumstances.

    Good luck winning those cases. I've been on several mock juries pertaining to those types of cases. They aren't as cut and dried as you think they are.

    I agree! lol....last week my wife and I attended a volleyball match at Pentucket High School.....as we were leaving we noticed girls youth level field hockey practices taking place in the rain...had to be 75-100 girls there. And let me add this...those parents better toughen up because once their sons and daughters reach the hs level they are going to quickly learn that soccer games get played in all types of weather. That especially applies to the state tournament which is usually played in November.

    How soft has society become you ask???...so soft that some girls volleyball matches scheduled for Saturday have been postponed. .last time I checked volleyball is played INDOORS..
