    I left home and headed to work in Worcester around 11AM. I have been teaching this course for 4 years and yesterday was the hottest I’ve experienced in downtown-this before AND after the little storm rolled through. Deep into metro west car was registering mid to upper 90s. 0Z MEX had 96 for BOS Tuesday. That could be the sneaky run for the money hot one.

    Today was a garden variety warm day. Hit 90 at BOS but it was nothing like last week. Tomorrow may be hotter.

    It feels like it’s been a hot summer thanks to humidity. Still a solid month left of potential for high temperatures. If WAR hooks up with the Rockies/midnation ridge watch out. August always seems humid no matter what.

    You’re off by 2. BOS has had 12 AOA 90. That’s probably above average for an entire summer. Also, BOS had a 4 day heatwave in June and a 3 day in July. Probably 2 more to come at least.

    Another multiple shower day-theme of most summers but this week has been a doozy when we add dews in the 70s to the 90s.
