Looks like all the cold air is in Greenland and stops pretty much at the border.

Down to upper teens last night, second night in a row in the teens. Up to 34 now.

After a high of 36, already down to 30. Maybe another night in the teens.

Good radiational cooling last night with heavy frost. Temperature dropping into the teens here.

There still seems to be a squall line and heavy rain to our south and west that should come thru in a few hours if it holds together. So far windy and showery but nothing as predicted. Lots of heavy rain to the south and east over the ocean.

Some models seem to be indicating the last part of the month may not be so mild, possibly below normal. To me when you get past 240 hours things can change often on the models. Just a few days ago there was a more mild end of the month.

It is incredible what a short distance can make in the lake effect. Buffalo has been just a few miles from very heavy snow and as of now has been basically snow free.
