  1. Yeah but my grass stopped growing 7 months ago so i couldnt do my tried and true method of measuring from the actual dirt to the top of the snow sitting on the long grass this year.
  2. The area by stews is always a mess, which makes no damn sense seeing as how one of their salt and plow depots is right there lol
  3. Honestly even if this doesnt make it to christmas, its great timing. Weekend before christmas, music playing, decorations all lit….ill take it.
  4. It happens lol. Snow seems to have shit up my xmas lights timer though. Cant override it to turn the lights on. Thats annoying, so much for nice pics this morning.
  5. Yeah man 1/2” instead of the predicted 3/4” inch is a huge bust. oh wait nevermind, over 1/2” now. Bust cancelled.
  6. Now do the cold and dry crying…

  17. Hook mountain and rockland lake st park burning now. Shit. On my way home from hershey, guess ill head right there
  18. Its been done before, i just dont know about in orange or rockland. A bit further up its happened, and a few years ago near high point as well. As far as i know they are considered the foremost experts on backburning and such, and with everyone using federal ICS and NIMS codeword command bullshit, they can fit right in to the ongoing operation without too much work. Even the regular helicopter drops are kinda terrifying, dealt with that last year when the old celery fields in congers and haverstraw burned when a train started a bunch of spot fires. Sounds like a tsunami falling from the sky lol
