There was significant tree damage at stony ford, it was very noticeable.

Fwiw i hit a perfect drive on 16. And then somehow hit an 8 iron 2 clubs too far and ruined my even par back 9. my front 9 was closer to yesterdays dew point however.

My soil has been above 55 for over a week now, the top layer was frosty that last cold day but since its been fine. If i wait too much longer i worry that the grass wont take before our usual july dry heatwave thatll cook it. Taking a chance but i dont want to spend hundreds or thousands just for grass either lol

Yeah just threw down the seed right before the soaking rain over the weekend. Guess we’ll see.

My lawn still looks like shit. The lack of rain burnt spots out late last year, and they were already suffering to begin with. I hope the seed and aeration will help…i refuse to rip it all up and replant it and im not using and weed killer or shitty fertilizer. Too many pets around and its just grass at the end of the day.

Nice to see the ground not completely dried out for once. Been awhile. Now if we can string together a few 70 and sunny days maybe itll feel like a real spring lol

Was following along on some live feeds overnight with some of the orchards usings helicopters and burn barrels. What year was it recently where everyone lost a bunch of apples? 2016 maybe?

Yeah ive tried to in the past too just didnt do it the last few years. I dont need it looking perfect, i dont care too much about weeds and dandelions and stuff, i just dont want bare patches and shit growth.

Yeah golfing is coming before gardening for sure. Be nice if my days off aligned with some nice weather instead of 43 and windy tho.
