    The wind is really picking up here in the mountains.

    The thing up there is when the cold sets in its cloudy and cold from end to end. We have actually had more snow here than up where I was living. The snow up there is very dry and blows around a lot. Its not the same as here and not near as beautiful as here.

    Yep its constant when it is like that. I dont mind at all. I would like to see another winter like that.

    I'm not sure but it would have of been the winter of 2009/10. I had snow on the ground from December through March.

    Yep right about 3000 plus is when you get snow on the ground. Still snowing here. So beautiful right before Christmas.

    And here is Fines Creek in Haywood. We are representing the snow today fellas! Also Soco mountain at the top of Maggie Valley got hit hard today also. This was about 5 or so inches at Fines Creek.
