    Orange glow with light snow, dusting, 31 now. Breeze kicking up, neighborhood super quiet, no screaming kids!. Enjoying a beer on my deck. Perfect January afternoon!

    If it’s snowing, would you care…LOL! Prison is in Kansas, this is in Washington State in the Cascades…if Santa had a love child with Bavaria it would be Leavenworth, Wa. Downtown looks like a Bavarian village, with beer halls and brats on every corner. Heaven?!

    Fading daylight, temp 22, breezy with a windchill 14, ground covered in snow, Christmas lights beginning to illuminate…can’t think of a more wintery scene!

    Here in the tropical shores of the Potomac at Ft. Hunt , VA, Just measured an 1.0 inch, sticky pretty snow. Winter wonderland. Trees and roads covered. Gonna be my total I think. Winding down and getting windy…gonna be a great day for a for a fire and watching football with lots a beer!

    Let me tell you about the $1500 snow blower I bought in mid Feb 2010 and never used until 2014! Jinxes are real…and sometimes expensive!

    I feel I have seen this movie a hundred times since I moved here in 1998…these redevelopment clipper things work out about 1/20 times…the last to actually work I think was in 2014…though everything worked out that year. If I was a betting man, which I am not, I would bet on snow north east along 95 from Baltimore, south of that nada….but F*ck it, we have been on a heater. Snow from Fredericksburg northeast along 95, 15 miles either side, the more you go NE.
