    CAD means MI peeps can still get days of mood flakes from the lakes. Doesn't add up to much but it is definitely uplifting to look out and see even just flurries floating around if you're a snow weenie. West of the lakes CAD is abysmal because it's devoid of anything. It's winter purgatory.

    Last night's 0.3" brings us up to 5.0" for the season. MLI still at 3.6", and now 15.6" below average for the season.

    Not too bad, have a few tenths down now. May get about a half inch after all. Models delayed the snow considerably compared to what was shown yesterday and before. Delayed buy not denied.

    Looked like we were in line for a half inch to an inch today but instead we got a T. MLI and DVN managed to scrounge up 0.2" each. Top 5 event.

    Wow, New Orleans had over twice the snowfall MLI has had (3.2") all season today.

    56 at MLI, 54 here today. Bare/dry ground helped the warmup. MLI now about 14" below normal for snowfall.

    This is easily the worst 1st half of met winter I've ever seen, and that's saying something considering how it's been the past decade. No end in sight either.

    Bone dry here split between main swath and northwest band lol. Should get a dusting though when northwest band quickly sweeps through.

    May be able to squeeze out a half inch to inch Sun morning right before mini thermal ridge on south side of clipper melts it right off lol. It's what we have to work with so I guess just enjoy the mini event for what it is lol.

    Everyone rips on the Euro since it's definitely not as good as it used to be, but it still schools the GFS 90% of the time. GFS had 1-3" of snow up to I-80 all the way up to near the event which was clearly lol worthy.
