  1. We had another .45 today for a 3 day total of 3.35 and a monthly total of 4.3. Probably 3 to 5 more late this week. Another 10" month seems probable.
  2. Ended up with 2.65. Don't think we will get much more tonight. I ended up with 2.9. I was thinking it may be a below average rainfall month but I'm right at average now
  3. We have been crushed today with over 2 inches of rain already..
  4. La Nina can bring more NWFS but a less active southern stream and subtropical jet
  5. Pattern looks to be you guessed it.. wet
  6. I went up to Mt Mitchell today and I have never seen so many people on the parkway. It was 59 up there at 3:30 with a brisk wind

  10. Hope y'all in the eastern part of the state do well. It was a big bust for pretty much all of western NC. Even high elevations didnt get much more than a couple inches max.
  11. The nam got my hopes up showing 4 to 6 inches here for multiple runs but it was nice watching it snow most of the day
  12. Lol this storm has been an interesting one. I barely have a dusting in Marion and even places about 3k feet are struggling to get more than an inch

  14. Its nice watching it snow and all but its not sticking whatsoever.
  15. When all is said and done the Euro from a few days ago may not be so wrong after all...

  17. Exactly...there isn't enough southerly flow and moisture transport, you can also see the high pressure and drier air pushing down from the north. Honestly expect nothing here now and will be surprised with an inch.
  18. Big bust potential for I 40 corridor from Marion to Greensboro due to warm temps and light precip rates. A expect a lot of bare grounds
  19. Midnight reading here - 37.6/31. Temp slowly going up due to increasing clouds
