  1. I remember it. Seemed like it would never end. In the middle of it, my boiler died. I had to get a new one and they couldn't get the old wood/coal/oil monster out until spring because there was so much snow in front of the bulkhead door. Luckily the new one was much smaller and could come through the front door. The wife and dog stayed at my father in laws for a week while I stayed home manning space heaters to keep the pipes from freezing. Fun times!
  2. I ended up with around 8". Hopefully we can avoid the worst of the warm up next week.
  3. Over performed in much of VT, at least from early expectations. VERMONT ...Addison County... Bristol 7.0 850 PM 1/16 Public Whiting 6.0 749 PM 1/16 Public ...Caledonia County... 4. In my mind, this has been a solid over performer, at least from what my early expectations were. I’m at 6” +/- The hardest seems to be from 4:30 - 6:00. Snowed all day with a high of 16°, it’s a very January day.
  5. It's easier to just say that the only one that didn't do tree damage was the 01/07/24 fluff bomb. Everything else has been wet snow and wind.
  6. Measured around 4:30 and had 4". Have gotten over an inch since then.
  7. I'm hoping we still have a couple of hours of decent snow. Haven't been able to get out and measure yet.
  8. I’ve shot up to 10° from a low of 6°
  9. Wow. What a crappy NFL weekend. One good game is all we got. Hopefully it gets better.
  10. You mean you didn’t do any advance work to secure someone who could measure for you before you moved up? Slacker
  11. That was a good game. I’m glad we got at least one decent one this weekend.
  12. This was the second squall around here. We got 2” as well.
  13. That would make him happy to get zeroed like that.
  14. Second batch coming through.
  15. Coming down hard hear. The NWS alert timed it pretty perfectly.
  16. Probably not. Shepards often keep donkeys with their sheep to protect them. They will stomp coyotes.
