That's more what I meant. I like watching the power of storms too. I just can't believe the crap that people have to go through when they have claims. It's crazy.
I know you aren't serious but my boss lives in Montpelier and had her house trashed in the flooding back in July. She has flood insurance but it has been a nightmare to deal with, they won't pay for anything above 30" off the floor and just the fact that she had insurance has made her ineligible for forms of assistance. It's been a nightmare.
Heavy rain and a good amount of lightning around 5:30, right as I was getting out of my car at the golf course. Checked the radar and my old course in Northfield looked to be in the clear so I booked it over there and got 9 in. Took me an hour using a cart. The last couple of holes were sketchy and I saw some pretty good lightning as I was finishing up on 9. I gave myself my last 3 footer for bogie as I didn’t want to stand around too long on the green.
@dendriteI’m watching a short doc about an apple orchard in Woodstock, VT. They are showing all the care they do with the trees throughout the year. They just showed the grafting process. Have you ever done any grafting with your trees?
Wasn’t such a nice day for these folks last week. https://www.newscentermaine.com/amp/article/sports/outdoors/katahdin-rescue-baxter-state-park-maine-north-search-and-rescue/97-d3b84063-7b59-47fd-8c35-340973758fe3
As Janet Jackson said "What have you done for me lately (oooh oooh yeah)" The Braves won in 2021. You and I both know the Yankees won't win again until Cashman is gone.
To expand on this a bit, I have always had a set schedule of play in summer, 9 holes after work Tuesday and Thursday and at least once on the weekend, whether it's 9 or 18. When I fall out of routine, it can take a bit to adjust.
I might be the only other person in this sub forum that’s been to Chiefland lol. I drove through that area about 15 years ago on my way from Tampa to southwest Georgia.
