Last year was better for me up to this date. Despite a crappy Dec, we had some fun events in Jan, and a good mid Novie event. I know those north of the pike feel different, but just speaking locally.

I’m just rolling along and hoping for something. These winters makes you realize that you need to appreciate the ones that deliver. Hold them and squeeze them tight.

Anyways, I don't see a wholesale change really, but it's sort of the look where things could sneak in perhaps after next week. That's about all you can say. Some signs the pig weakens after next week.

At least it’s still winter in NNE even with the pig. I remember I went up there to escape in Feb 2012. It was worse up there in 2012 vs this year, but still had full snow and ice cover.

Verbatim, no. It's my job to do so. I think you know my point. It's just not a favorable time. So those looking at stuff every 6 hrs and checking in here....you won't see a lot of action...plenty of other stuff to work on.

I honestly think I do that because so many assume (and it's not their fault) sometimes outcomes are more snowier than actuality. In the age of snow maps and such...I've probably just defaulted to that because I hate when bad information goes around. One of the worst outcomes I see on here, are those that say ("what happened to this good pattern....") because all they see are those that are chanting "days and says of snow..." etc. So my response is usually to sort of squash that and it probably looks like I'm being negative. I just hate when bad info is out there. I guess for me the frustrations are just getting quite annoying. I've always said to myself if the posting quality goes down, time to step away. It's probably that time.

What would you like me to say, Steve. You tell me. Maybe we'll get 1-3 Thursday before washed away?
