    I have to go back to Christmas '78 in upstate NY for a bona fide Christmas miracle. Wasn't forecast too well. Started snowing when I left church with my parents (7 PM) Christmas eve. My father went to the midnight mass as he was in the choir. By then the snow was ripping. Took him 2 hrs to get home. He needed help to get up 'the hill' (as it was known). We got about 15 inches by morning and it snowed lightly all day. I got a sled that year. EDIT: Will has the snowmap ;-)

    For once we aren't tracking a cutter and 60s high dews for Christmas. I do feel no matter what by this time next week (the 24th or later) we are tracking in earnest if NAO sets up and we get some help out west.

    Army loses yesterday in bullshit fashion. So mad I left the tailgate right away and went home. No words were spoken in the car. then today: bills rip my heart out in the first half. then they shove it back in the second. then they rip it out again in OT. Rough weekend.

    Agree. I suppose the hope is Allen's gun can fight the wind for some deep(er) plays here and there and keep us in there for some Allen runs to break it our way. Allen's running is going to be the deciding factor if the bills will be in this one. Can't miss a QB sneak 4th and goal this game. I can't believe how bad our defense has been and the injuries.

    I have av RV which i used to set up in Old Forge for the winter as a snowmobile base camp. I actually winter camp by snowmobile and that would be in moose river plains. I might go back and try an overnight on Indian lake but its a windy ass lake!

    I will chase from downstate anything like that. If there is a biggie LE event I have a biggie truck especially for snow! PS I moved my winter camp to VT instead of Tug Hill/Old Forge area for snowmobiling so I will be more watchful of that forum. I do plan a trip or 2 to the Daks for some winter camping so I'll keep an eye on you guys up there.
