That’s a good point about something silly that could trigger someone. For myself, I know that I did not get full enjoyment of some winter weather in years past because of personal bullshit I had to deal with at the time. Those days, and that tramp are long gone LOL.

The way I see it is if the lack of snowfall is causing one that much angst then their life much be pretty charmed.

Deposit NY was at freezing at 8:30am, down to 13 now at 12:30pm.

I hear that, I rarely use salt, more sand than anything. Using salt on the stone driveway can crest quite the muddy mess with frozen ground underneath.

My stone driveway is a bitch, can’t scrap that but I just threw sand on it and will likely hit it again after the freeze up, some salt too at that point

Based on the mesonets the front is in between Eldred and Otisville bit just be closer to Otisville at this point.

Well that rain was a bitch to shovel... I said in one of the threads last week that the biggest story would be the freeze up. I still feel that way, anyone who waits to clear this now is screwed.

To make it even more confusing to the public, it looks like Albany’s high temp will go into the books as 29, not that the public will check that.

The temps may bust but Albany was spot on if their high was projected to be 25 since they hit that.

Sounds like my Friday night but I digress. I actually understood more of @Juliancoltonpost than normal. I agree, it’s a state of mind. If you want rapid fire misinterpretation of model runs as they come out then this is the wrong thread for you. I take my sweet time with my misinterpretations.
