white rain here. Just too warm for anything of substance today. By the time it gets in the 20's the precip is gone. Not going to accumulate with wet surfaces and 31-33 degrees -

Never know. 17-18 looked that way then we got March. So who knows but wasted cold is awful.

didn't really get going until Feb last year-this year Feb looks to be warmer at least from this far out. We've had alot of cold but it's been wasted.....

In fairness I think he's talking snow. But it is surprising the media hasn't hit the wind/flooding issues that will exist here.

If you look at last Feb snow blitz it was perfect-cold enough for snow but not cold enough to suppress everything OTS

I doubt anyone on LI/NYC Jersey coast sees any snow. SE winds will be picking up before any precip arrives
