I wonder how long many of these testing sites will last. CT is down to a couple hundred cases per day and falling....I'd guess you can always get a test at your dr's office....

it's actually not a bad idea in general. Think of how many dirty hands touch that all day. (it won't prevent covid I'm talking viruses and filth in general)

agreed. Our town announced today they will hold the annual Memorial Day Parade which is great. (will probably get rained out now lol)

we are getting our 12 yr olds vaccinated tomorrow night. Personal choice for sure and not the sense of urgency with kids vs older adults

it's really confusing around here-there's no longer an outdoor mask mandate but my son plays soccer with a mask on, my other son plays baseball with no mask and apparantly all kids still need masks all day for summer camp? WTF?

I was thinking for the US. Wasn't it 2 months ago someone at CDC said we were going to have a 4th wave that would be a disaster?

We have central air, but we turn it off if the weather is nice/low humidity-never understand people who run it 24/7 from May-October

in some ways children may not need the vaxx if enough adults get it. Already the cases in schools are dropping in my town most likely b/c 70% of adults have gotten at least one shot

I believe the same is true in CT.

I want mine safe too-but mental health plays a role-some schools still remain closed and there's some parents who don't let their kids socialize to this day...just insane IMO

exactly. I think that played a big role here in our schools suddenly reopening in early March-cases would never get to zero and this is a non event for 99.9% of children (and vaxx open to teachers at that point)
