Well my radar is looking good, I’m thinking the rain force fields just moved to Anne Arundel county. The west ended its bad luck streak and if today is anything to go by North of 70 is ending its bad luck streak too.

The weekend event was an underperformance east of Carroll County and an absolute bust by the bay. What went wrong in the east? -
GFS and Euro think there will be something late next week too. Both have widespread 2-3 inches accumulated by the 21st. Not all at once though.

The Richmond anti rain force field is now the Central MD force field. How is this happening with 80+% humidity?

So is the Baltimore area getting any of this? The radar for the area is getting more anemic, will anything pop up when it comes through? Or is it over east of Carrol County?

I have this theory, post 2016 every third winter has been a snowless torch fest. 16-17, 19-20, 22-23 The latter two had totals less than an inch for the 95 corridor. This upcoming winter will test the theory to see if it holds.
