  1. For next revision I’d recommend adding a box saying: “How Much for Philly?”
  2. 29 at 6:30am on east side of Columbia.
  3. I've done that before. Rotor got bent a few years ago, so had to buy a new mower. I now have to keep my blade a bit higher, now that all the pine tree roots are ''snaking'' above ground. Whenever my neighbor and I mow at the same time, my grass always looks a shade higher, as though I mowed several days before my neighbor. 32.8 this morning at 6am. Still have an hour or so to get below 32.0,
  4. 25.9 on east side of Columbia at 6:40am. First below-32 degree morning here.
  5. 32.4 the low so far overnight, but up to 32.9 at 6am Wednesday. Snow flurries Tuesday night around 9-9:30pm.

  17. Glad I squeezed in a lawnmowing this morning. Grass needed cutting. Finished 11:00am, before the rain, granted grass had some water droplets from last nite which did not have a chance to fully evaporate this morning. But certainly not too wet to mow Now am watching my neighbor trying to mow in the rain at 1:15pm. A decent rainshower here has begun. Neighbor had to call it quits at 1:30.
  18. Beautiful day in Thurmont. Temp about 80.
  19. Just slipped under 60 -- 59.9 at 6am.
  20. We are lucky to have red headed woodpeckers daily at our feeder.
  21. with my low-balling rain gauge: 9/3/20 - 1.08" 9/2/20 - 0.15"
