Over the last week, I was supposed to get 10” of fantasy snow and 1“ of fantasy ice depending on which model was yanking my chain at the time. Fool me once...

32.2 currently and 0.5” of rain since midnight. We laugh about cold rain, but the joke’s not funny anymore. This is ridiculous.

You’ll get something with that band I’m sure. Mine was (percentage of total event in order) 35% virga, 15% sleet, 40% snow, then ending with 10% sleet.

Three snow events this season totaling 2.75”. (1.75”, 0.75”, and 0.25”) It’s something. Hoping for one good half a foot snow before spring.

Snow still coming down. Mulch is white. Grass is a decent dusting. Probably only have another 20-30 minutes of this.

Moderate snow in north Guilford Co. Temp has been stuck in the 37.6 range for nearly three hours.

37.8/20 with nice looking radar. Nothing to show for it. Not the first flake. At least the Canes showed up on the ice tonight.

As the line of precip moves into the Triad, I went from 36.7 twenty minutes ago to 38.3 now.

38.3/21 just a little to your south. Maybe we can get something out of this. I like your chances better than mine.

RAH, too, doesn’t forecast much ice or snow for their portion of the Triad. Might get a dusting followed by a light glaze at most.

I’m at 41.7/18.5. A tad warmer than the NWS hourly forecast.

NAM and hi-res still insist on a quarter of an inch of ice here. RAH thinks up to 0.2” is possible. I’m at 41/18 right now.
