Why does this thing need to be 6 days out!!! So much time to find some way to mess it all up...pattern sets up 3-4 days from now if that is of any help..
Ones that develop early. IF they need to, they can run right through Rhode Island as a fully developed system, time for the western crew to score on a few of these.
Something has to break right.....Right? Lol, who knows, but as some have said that period from the 14th though the 19th looks like we might have a chance at something. Hopefully the look continues to hold as we get closer
Snow and stormy conditions to start the month of December, then we Spring until Mid March...it definitely would fit the "groundhog Day" feel this year has brought....
Told the kids we are snow chasing after breakfast...its trying to changeover here, but will probably be too little, too late for my 175ft elevation. 36.7⁰
Pouring, temp started dropping about an hour ago, but still 41.0⁰. Not expecting much more than some wet snow flakes out there. Enjoy the snow out there in the northeast...
My kids have been asking when is it going to snow enough to sled everyday since the great no snow of October 30th. Our new place has so many fun hills to use, so we wait...hopefully tomorrow
Rain building in now down here...looking at the radar, can't help but wonder what this could have been down here if it was 15 degrees cooler to start. Just some lower dews to start would have helped....47.1°/38.5° isn't going to cut it down here
Thoughts on down this way? Or are the rates not going to be enough in this corner of the state? Still thinking we end up with what we had in October, slushy accumulation here with 1-2 in the hills..
ouch, I would assume my mini valley would have not done so well there, but eyeballing it on that map it has right on the light to dark blue line....do you know where that 13.8" tally came from in New Haven County?
