  1. I can only imagine what another 7-8' of flood will do. This will make national news tonight. This is the closest webcam I could find. I believe it's the Mad River in Waitsfield:
  2. Looks like they just updated the Winooski flood forecast: https://water.weather.gov/ahps2/hydrograph.php?gage=MONV1&wfo=btv&refresh=true Good luck to all in central VT.
  3. Yeah, it's not looking good for those parts of Vermont with another 2-5"+ incoming.
  4. Some of the photos coming out of Killington area are nuts. I'm guessing they may have gotten 6" overnight on top of the 6" they probably got on Friday. Has anyone gotten any official reports?
  5. 0.14" in the bucket. Just saw a flash of lightning last about 3 full seconds. Thunder lasted 36.
  6. too funny, took a photo earlier of my car. 0.0001" rain, dusting of pollen. These new storms popping up look more promising.
  7. Yup, Belvidere. I did hear a couple rumbles. Lawn is thirsty.
  8. Looks like I'm going to get skunked by that one as well.
  9. Same situation here. 1.5" of rain under a nice cell to the immediate west of me. Nothing here but gusty winds.
  10. It usually is. Every once in a while you can get enough snow on the top of MWN for a couple turns, otherwise, it's a trip to Mt. Hood... or that indoor ski area in New Jersey. That's the back up plan.
  11. Season ain't over yet. Hit up Killington today for some sloppy turns. This years goal is ski every month. Booked a trip to Valle Nevado in August, but still got to figure something out for July. Thinking Mammoth considering they still have nearly half the mountain open which is absolutely insane for this time of year.
  12. Had a few hail showers here as well. Raw day, low/mid 40's. It's snowing up above about 3500'
  13. Where the sun did break out in S VT, temps are in the 60's
  14. We had about 1/4" of accretion and temps didn't break 32 until about 2 hrs ago. Sounds like it's pouring rain in the trees.
  15. Nothing better than an over producer. 3.5"
  16. Not sure when you flipped Ray, but we were getting some mangled flakes in the early pre-dawn hours, but it took a couple hours to finally flip to accumulating snow. Maybe somewhere in the 8:30AM time frame, snowed medium to heavy until early afternoon. I cleared 4" off the driveway twice of really heavy snow. Took a core off the picnic table and it had nearly 1.5" of LE. Got another 1/2" overnight, so I'd call it at 8.5" for the event total.
  17. I'd say 7". Close to 1.5" from core. Lawn is only about 4 or 5", picnic table different story
  18. Pounding 2" in last hour. Closing in on 5
  19. Gonna be some power issues. The white pine in my front yard is getting the lower branches close to the ground. That's usually when they begin to snap from above.
  20. Transitioned about 1.5 hrs ago. Nice rates now, about an inch OTG, but most of that came in the last 1/2 hr. 32.4. Looks like about 5" up north
  21. Oscillating between rain an snow as the temp ever so slowly drops. 35/2F. I know it's snowing just to the west of me. I can see it.
  22. It's crashing over my fanny. Mostly white rain, but some parachutes mixing in
  23. I guess if there's any hope keeping my chances alive, it's that it's a few degrees colder than I expected at this time. Lowell 37.2/34.8
