    Way less precip out here in Western Loudoun, but temps never look to get above freezing even out this way. Anemic precipitation totals and maybe that is why it doesn't warm as much. Little snow and then light sleet and light rain.. but nothing too exciting.

    My coworker asked what would be a good system to do both outdoor and indoor weather sensors. What do people recommend? I am not super impressed with Acurite. I know he wants something with quality! Any ideas? Thanks!

    GFS looks so odd on the set up! Let's hope for a better look as time passes. Seems we have a lot of potential.. typical caveats on timing, cold, etc...

    Some little snow blip on Monday in Central VA adding to the snow there.

    This was huge improvement to me. Snow so far south, better cold, it is a great trend! And TREND is the key word.. in the RIGHT direction. I liked this run a lot!

    Moisture slug does not look as impressive to me. But, really think this is snowy for a while based on GFS!

    High is weaker and slightly further north. Agreed. That is always the worry as we get closer, that the cold is not as strong or far enough south. But we are getting too specific. This will evolve.. I suspect some wintry weather.. how much is yet to be determined

    I remember that one as well! Like a beach scene with 5 inches of sleet. Was so lame!

    Around 4am my temp rose sharply. It was 21 degrees and less than an hour later 33. Currently sitting at 35.
