  1. We switched to light sleet about 10:15 after another 2.5. 5" total so far.
  2. only 2.5 here so far as we got dry slotted early, hopefully we can make up by holding off the mix longer. 19f
  3. I think we have had 1.5" so far but low confidence due to drifting. all snow so far.
  4. It is the default so I knew what you meant but having lived close to the RI RTE 2 and VT Rt 2 at various times means it stands out to me. Next time we attempt to define the zones of NE weather, using RTE 2 would be a way to do so.
  5. The Route 2 in Rhode Island or the Route 2 in Connecticut or the Route 2 in Mass or the Route 2 from the VT/NY border into Maine? sorry it is a pet peeve of mine
  6. SNE folks better install! Edit: I need to type faster
  7. 8.1 inches overnight, pack is looking really good at this point
  8. 8.1 inches here, I assume that will be the final total here based on the skies brightening and the radar
  9. 4 inches yesterday, will see if we get anything with the squalls
  10. 1.5" here, there was a crust layer at the bottom and more fluffy on top, I better try to clear the worst off the drive before it becomes a glacier.
  11. November 28 for me. (I'll see myself out)
  12. -10/ dp-19. It is not the lack of heat, it is the lack of humidity. Actually it was nice out when I put the dogs out earlier- just crocs, pj pants, and a warm sweater.
  13. Beautiful day to clear the driveway and be outside. Cool but not too windy and the sun felt great. I broke out the snowblower for the first time in weeks.
  14. I am now at 48.2 " on the season
  15. Look in link found in first post in this thread: https://wkevin.com/new_england_snow/
  16. another 2.5 overnight, 5.5" total. (12.9 since the squall hit )
  17. Make sure to include a yard stick or tape measure in the pic!
  18. 3 inches new here so far and dumping Roads unplowed. Only saw one plow on 89 (was on N bound side of road by Sharon), even 89 south of exit 5 seemed untreated, unplowed. Maybe DOT is now heading out. My road had 3+ inches the whole way. I would like to thank my wife for convincing me to get a new set of snows when we got the new car in November and for making me getting them studded
  19. Another half inch overnight, brings the total to 5.8 for the event.
  20. 2.1 before 6am and 3.2 more after for 5.3" total. Some light flakes still. Up over 40" on the season now.
  21. I hit a fantastic squall on the way to work this morning. It was just north of Sharon VT about 6:45 or 7am. Went from 33 and fine to 28 and 100 yrd visibility almost instantly. For about 4 miles it was high winds and near white out conditions. Fortunately a car had passed me right before we hit the wall of snow so I had its tracks to follow an an occasional glimpse of its rear lights. By the time I reach the office the temp was 18. Folks will be glad to know that it was dumping in Stowe with 2 or 3 inches on the ground.
