some would argue that this was needed to radically change the system (talking in all ways not just the specific thing you highlighted), the status quo was unsustainable and needed a big change.

my two favorites are Jan 2016 (twelve straight hours of blizzard conditions) and Jan 2018 (six straight hours of blizzard conditions), both were a complete daylong white out!

I just saw it. The camera is focused on her so naturally the snowflakes are not in focus and that's why you can't see them as well. She just said she measured 6 inches of snow there.
