we still have 3 days to go and a lot can happen but if it's all the same I am going to go back and reread 10 or 15 pages of posts that were giving this thread last rites and giggle,,,,,,,,in other news keep coming west baby !!!

Not sure how warm it actually got today as I was out running errands in a tee shirt all day but right now it is 46 degrees

Jimbo I get that as my family is outside of Charlotte but like I said I have been on 81 and 77 many times but it has never been anything but while its'raining so just wondering what I am in for,,,,,,,also hoping this is a total miss and not much if any snow falls

I am driving from NY to Charlotte tomorrow early AM ( leaving like 5am ) and I have done the trip many times but never when the threat of snow was looming can any of you guys or gals tell me IF I am in for trouble when I get to those mountains in NC or Virginia ( taking 81 to 77) do they salt those Roads well during minor events such as these ----also I am hoping that IF any snow does fall that it is over by the time I get to that neck of the woods ? Thanks in advance

I just FaceTimed with my kid,,,,,hes outside of Charlotte and he was running around with the dog,,,,,8 1/2 inches of snow and still, coming down ,,,,,,that city will be shutdown for a week

This mornings Euro makes me wonder if we might see some more ticks west from the other models today and as was mentioned can this storm close off farther to the North ? Let's see what the other guidance says as today progresses but IMO this is far from a done deal or OTS
